Liability and insurance
- The boat's owner is entirely responsible for the safety of the crew and of the boat sailing condition, in compliance with the relevant law regulations.
- The Organizing Authority and the Pescallo Sailing Club will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury sustained in conjunction with, prior to, during or after the regatta.
- To be admitted to the events, boats must be insured with valid third-party liability, with a minimum cover of € 1,036,000.00 per event, as stated by ISAF/FIV regulations.
